The food is great quality and they don't skimp on the gravy at all. Fast wait times and efficient
But I am perturbed by one thing. Why on earth are all the employees so darn miserable? Daresay depressed? I thought they just had a bad day the first day I went but it seems to be their default attitude. It saddens me to see an entire team with the same dead eye expressions.

Ive yet to see one smile and it irks me greatly. It could be their manager, I don't know.

But I hope they cheer up at some point because its very noticeable. Both for them and their customers.

Both my husband and I like this chain. Their french fries are made fresh each day and have so many different toppings. He loves the works and I always get the poutine, which is really good.
